Christian en Petra trouwen in Fumel, Frankrijk Chris and Petra get married in France! : op 9 juni 2007 trouwden Christian en Petra op het stadhuis van Fumel in Frankrijk,waarbij een veertigtal familieleden en vrienden aanwezig was. Dit is een overzicht van 'afhalen bruid', de trouwplechtigheid, het glas en de taart onder de arcaden van de Mairie, het 'vertreden' op het kasteel Bonaguil, het buffet , de lunch op zondag ;hier vierden we ook Elise's vierde verjaardag. Al zijn ze nu (mei 2009) alweer gescheiden, het was toch een leuke dag!

Marcel & Jacqueline's wedding dinner : April 24, 2004 our good friends Marcel and Jacqueline got married. As we are such good friends (hmm, hmm...) they assumed I had lots of time on my hands now that I was a part time mother and so they had the nerve to ask us to be their masters of ceremony. Three weeks in advance...!! Of course we accepted, only to find out basically everything still had to be arranged. Three weeks of hard work followed, but turned out into a three great events: the dinner, the bachelor's party (part pictures) and of course the wedding day itself (no pictures here, but see http://dreams.smugmug.com/gallery/106434)

Marcel and Jacquelin's bachelor's day : As we had so little time, we decided to combine the bachelor and bachelorette's party into one. We surprised them in the morning and started the day with breakfast at their place (these pics) and then went seperately to the same place to play some old fashioned Dutch (drinking) games with a twist.
